hi everyone

so i'm terribly behind in all my readings already (it's barely been two weeks!)
and have a quiz tomorrow (my textbook is still in shrink wrap from the campus book store)
my diet has been consisting largely of energy drinks and fruit gummies
i've been living off 6 hours of sleep a day (broken up into the four hours i get after a long night staying up to force myself to read textbooks, which turns into long hours of procrastination, watching downloaded tv shows and stalking people on the net, and then the odd couple of hours i get during the day in between my morning and afternoon classes)
i'm completely exhausted after being forced to man information booths, sign up of stuff, and just over all try to figure out what i am to do with myself this year
i periodically make my room look spotless and beautiful, which it remains all of 24 hours before i crawl into my bed after slipping out of all my clothes which pile up in a giant heap in teh centre of my room
i spent close to an hour scraping off pecan pie off my rug and wooden floor the other day
my liver has been taking quite the beating these past few weeks
i spent a thousand dollars on mandatory textbooks and study materials
and my room has been keeping up a steady 28.5 degrees celsius for the past three days, despite my efforts to keep it cool, which include opening every door and window and turning on every fan and vent in the house (yes, including the one above the stove)

so basically, i've pretty much gotten back into the college student groove and i love it
i love being exhausted because i think of all the reasons for my fatigue and i can't help my grin
i love learning
i love finding out juicy details about my new professors
i love sitting behind that cute biology major in lectures
i love spending endless hours stalking people on facebook
i love eating my frozen dinner, curled up on a dirty old couch, watching seinfeld reruns with my homegirls
i love struggling with my chi square tests at 4 in the morning so that i can impress my TA eight hours later in a biology tutorial

Okay, so I also totally love standing in line for a cup of extra large tim's coffee, wearing my hood up and sporting huge black sunglasses (yes, indoors), wondering if anyone can tell that these are the same clothes i wore to a bar the night before, and that i've worn this coat of (now leaky) mascara for the past 24 hours.
I also love running all the way accross campus to the class you think you're late for, struggling to find the last remaining seat in the middle of the lecture hall, taking out your notes, realizing ten minutes later that no, this isn't your 8:30 anatomy class, but is in fact a 4th year philosophy seminar, and being too ashamed to admit your mistake and having to sit through the entire lecture to avoid any further embarassment. TRUE STORY


Hilarious story of my frosh year:
- Thursday night (official party night of the week. yes, bigger than even saturday)
- wild party (as usual)
- frosh don't know their limit (as usual)
- frosh pukes all over himself and all his clothes, and pisses in a garbage can as well as all over himself
- passes out (as usual)
- wakes up the next morning, smells his clothes, febreezes himself
- goes to class hungover (as usual)



SO GROSS! i'd kill myself if i had to sit next to that
